Oral presentations are by invitation through each country/region’s speaker allocation and are given by faculty members.
Students and postdoctoral researchers are warmly encouraged to present their work in the poster sessions.

Accepted: PDF or DOCX. Maximum file size: 5 MB.
Formatting (from the official templates): one A4 page in English, 2.5 cm margins, Arial, single line spacing. Title 14 pt bold, centred, sentence case. Authors 11 pt, centred; underline the presenting author and mark the corresponding author with an asterisk (*). Affiliations 10 pt italic, centred, followed by the corresponding author’s email. Body text 11 pt, justified, max. 300 words (excluding title, authors, affiliations, figure caption, keywords and references). Optional: one graphical abstract or figure, max. 16 × 7 cm, at least 300 dpi, caption 9 pt. Keywords: 3–5, 10 pt. References: optional, max. 3, 9 pt. File format: .docx or .pdf. Deadline: 12 December 2026. Oral presenters: include your photo and a short biography in the Oral template.
