6.
Visas and Travel
Participants are responsible for obtaining any visa, travel approval and travel documents required to enter Thailand.
On request, the organizer can provide an invitation letter. An invitation letter does not guarantee that a visa will be issued and does not create any financial obligation for the organizer.
Visa refusal or delay is not grounds for a refund outside the refund terms in Section 4.
7.
Special Requirements
If you have dietary, accessibility or other special requirements, please indicate them in the registration form or email acbc2027@gmail.com. The organizer will make reasonable efforts to accommodate them.
